The House

La Maison Salines is situated in the midst of the picturesque spa town Salins-les-Bains, in the heart of the French Jura region. The building’s early 19th century architecture is typical for the region, built in a time when the gentry withdrew to the country in the course of the post-revolutionary crisis. Five bedrooms and three large lounges are open to guests. These rooms can be used individually or can function as two large apartments with fully equipped kitchens. All rooms were renovated in 2012. For 4 to 8 Guests

The larger of the two apartments is comprised of a spacious suite with a king-size bed and ensuite luxury bathroom as well as two smaller bedrooms with showers. Guests also have access to two lounges, a terrace and well-equipped kitchen. This apartment is ideal for families travelling with children: one of the bedrooms leads to a charming gallery that offers young guests some adventurous places to sleep. Besides a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite luxury bathroom, this apartment encompasses a large kitchen and lounge, which can be used for extensive meals or for relaxing and reading.
